Managing Clients
Track client health scores, labels, filters, and status across your portfolio.
The Clients page is your central dashboard for monitoring every client relationship. Each client maps to one or more Slack channels and receives an AI-generated health score based on conversation analysis.
Client List Overview
The client list shows four key stats at the top:
- Total Clients — Number of active clients being monitored
- Avg Health — Weighted average health score across all active clients (0–10)
- At-Risk — Clients with health scores below the healthy threshold
- Upsell Opportunities — AI-detected expansion signals
Below the stats, clients are displayed in a sortable table with columns for name, health score, last activity, status, and assigned team members.
Status Tabs
Clients are organized into four tabs:
| Tab | Description |
|---|---|
| All | Every client regardless of status |
| Active | Clients currently being monitored with ongoing communication |
| Needs Attention | Clients whose health score has dropped or who have been inactive |
| Inactive | Clients that have been marked as churned or archived |
Health Score Colors
Health scores use a color scale for quick visual assessment:
- Green (7–10) — Healthy relationship, positive sentiment
- Yellow (4–6.9) — Needs attention, mixed signals
- Red (0–3.9) — At risk, negative sentiment or disengagement
Filtering and Search
Use the search bar to find clients by name. The status dropdown lets you filter by health status (Healthy, Needs Attention, At Risk, All).

Click any client to see their detail page, which includes:
- Health score history — Chart showing score changes over time
- Recent messages — Latest Slack conversations analyzed

Labels
